Al Khiran Terrace Restaurant

Overlooking the Sea of Oman, the award-winning Al Khiran begins its all-day dining experience with a scrumptious buffet breakfast, followed by an international lunch buffet with live cooking stations. For dinner, guests can enjoy the special themed buffet nights on a daily basis. An à la carte menu is also available. Both indoor and outdoor dining are available.

Theme night offerings are available every night from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy the following selections of themed nights at OMR 22 per person, excluding service charge and tax.

Sunday – Route 66. It’s a culinary homage to Route 66, all the way from Chicago, Illinois through Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona before ending at Santa Monica, California. Slide into the week with a delicious selection of tacos, quesadillas, burritos, ranch burger, Tex-Mex chicken, churros, and inviting live stations.

Monday – Farm to Table. Enjoy innovative dishes made with local ingredients such as potato martinis, pasta sampler, and several tasting stations.

Tuesday – 360 Gulf. Specialties of the Middle East carefully prepared for our “360 Gulf” Nights. The most elaborate selection of mezze and breads, classic Arabic lentil Soup, mixed grills, kebabs, whole grilled fish and a full selection of desserts await you for this exceptional night of the finest Middle Eastern cuisine.

Wednesday – Far East. Enjoy fine salads from all over South East Asia or indulge in a hot and sour soup prior to heading to the wok for your custom noodles or barbecue dish.

Thursday – La Dolce Vita. We go all out Italian; foccacia bread station, minestrone, osso buco, and a selection of homemade pasta and risottos are all yours to discover.

Friday – Steakhouse. Hearty Western favorites combined with playful-and delicious-cross-cultural interpretations.

Saturday – Seafood Lover. Our variety of local catches offers the Best of what the ocean has to offer - prepared to your liking. Connoisseurs will delight in shellfish, king crab, shrimp, salmon, and tuna among others.

As a courtesy to the local culture, all our restaurants observe a Smart Casual dress code in the evening. Please refrain from wearing flips-flops, tank tops, athletic apparel and backpacks, as well as sleeveless tops for gentlemen and denim shorts for ladies. Long trousers and closed shoes are required for gentlemen. Walking barefoot is not allowed at any times in all restaurants.
