Join us for a complimentary class on infusing herbs, citrus and other flavors into gourmet salts. These salts are prepared by the chefs in our fine dining restaurant Salt. Participants can taste a diverse array of salts from all over the world and learn the secrets of cooking on a salt platter that’s 250 million years old.

Available Friday and Saturday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Children can get away for a night of fun and excitement just for them. The supervised evening includes games, arts and crafts and loads of fun all centered on a special theme for the night! $55 includes dinner and refreshments.

Advance reservations are required by 2 p.m. the day prior. Cancellation fees will apply for reservations cancelled within 24-hours of the program.

Share a private bedtime story with a buccaneer bearing treats and treasure during our nightly pirate tuck-ins. Milk and cookies are delivered to your room, while Pirate Luis Aury, Princess Amelia and our “mascot,” Amelia’s Treasure (a three-year-old blue and gold macaw), read a pirate story and surprise your child with a keepsake treasure chest full of goodies.

Tuck-ins are scheduled every half-hour, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. each evening. $45 per child. 24-hour advance reservations are requested.

Children will delight in tales of fantasy and adventure during the toddler story-time in the Ritz Kids® room, daily at 10 a.m. Also comeback at 3 p.m. to create a special souvenir to commemorate your island vacation during the toddler craft time in the Ritz Kids® room.
