Volunteers can assist the local community while on vacation. The The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island Give Back Getaway program provides the opportunity to work with the park staff at the historic Fort Clinch to maintain, paint, repair the pre-Civil War era fort and perform routine landscaping and beach nourishment. This event is open to guests of all ages, and is available upon request with 24 hours’ notice requested.
