Group Fitness Classes
A variety of group fitness classes are offered daily at 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Classes are geared to all levels of fitness, and may be held outdoors (weather permitting).
- Tai Chi
This ancient Chinese meditation practice improves health by reducing stress, gently stretching the muscles and increasing blood flow to internal organs.
- Yoga
Based on static breathing positions, this meditative art form helps to heal the body and enhance health.
- Cardio Kickboxing
An intense total-body workout that combines aerobics, boxing and martial arts.
- Step Aerobics
An aerobic workout that uses a step platform to work the hamstrings, quadriceps and gluteal muscles.
- Aqua Aerobics
A well-balanced workout that improves all major physical fitness components, from aerobic training and muscular strength, to flexibility and body composition.
- Nordic Walking
A hybrid exercise combining fitness walking and cross country skiing, shown to reduce belly fat and build core upper body muscular endurance.
- Boot Camp Challenge
A unique approach to fitness, leveraging the great outdoors as a natural “gym.”
Classes are $25 per person. Private group and individual sessions are also available upon request.

Personal Training
Achieve your personal fitness goals with a customized one-on-one workout led by a certified personal trainer. Each session will be designed to effectively target your desired results, using a combination of cardio, core strength and flexibility training.
$85 per hour. Advance reservations are required.
Island 5K
Enjoy shaded tree-lined pathways and a spectacular ocean view on a guided three mile running tour of the island. $25 per person
Running tours are available for groups or individuals, and can be modified to accommodate any fitness level or pace. Advance reservations are recommended.
Bicycle Rental
Bicycles are available for individual exploration of the island.
