Group Fitness Classes
The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island Fitness Center is open 24/7 with room key access. Use of the fitness center is reserved for hotel guests 18 and over, or those 12 to 17 years of age accompanied by a supervising adult. For your safety and the safety of others, proper footwear, closed toed shoes and fitness attire is required
- Full range of cardio equipment includes treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent and stationary bikes, all equipped with a private entertainment system
- Free weights and dual adjustable cable weight system
- Stability balls, yoga mats, resistance bands, steps and jump ropes
- Open 24 Hours/ 7 Days per Week – guest room key required for access
- Fitness Center Attendant available 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily
Group Fitness Classes
A variety of group fitness classes are offered throughout every day at various times beginning at 8 a.m. Classes are geared to all levels of fitness, and may be held outdoors (weather permitting) Sunday through Thursday: Private and Group fitness classes are available by 24-hour advance registration only and additional fees may apply. All classes are $25, room charge.
- Abs - Quick yet effective core workout. 30 minutues will get your abs burning.
- Beach Boot Camp - Cardio routine designed for an Amelia Island beach workout experience that will blast calories.
- Beach Yoga - Baptiste inspired yoga on the beautiful Amelia Island beach. Practice individualized to meet your personal needs.
- Instructed Stretching - Join us in the Fitness Center for a complimentary guided stretch. Take 10 minutes to wind down after your workout or to just relax.
- Kettlebell Ballistics - Fast movement exercise to increase strength, stamina and coordination by challenging the muscular, cardiovascular and central nervous systems simultaneously.
- Liquid Gym - Challenge yourself to a combination of strength training, toning and cardio using the resistance of the water. Perfect for all fitness levels.
- Sand Circuit - Mix intervals of cardio and strength in the sand on our beautiful beach.
Achieve your personal fitness goals with a customized one-on-one workout led by a certified personal trainer. Each session will be designed to effectively target your desired results, using a combination of cardio, core strength and flexibility training.
$85 per hour. Advance reservations are required.
Bicycles are available for individual exploration of the island.
