Chef Michael Treanor of Atlanta Grill invites you to join him and special guest chef, Richard Laughlin of The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, for two special days of fall flavors. Visit Atlanta Grill on Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25 for a fall-inspired menu using apples freshly picked in Ellijay, Georgia. Taste some of the special features such as:

Although known as “The City in the Forest” because of its lush landscapes and trees, NASA studies show that since 1975 Atlanta has lost 65% of its tree cover. Through its NeighborWoods program, Trees Atlanta is putting trees back in urban communities where cooling shade is needed most. Roll-up your sleeves and help make Atlanta cleaner, greener and more beautiful by planting new trees and caring for existing trees. Volunteer activities are seasonal and may include tree planting, mulching, watering, invasive plant removal, and more. You will get a positive perspective of some of Atlanta’s most vibrant people and neighborhoods, and your efforts will create a lasting legacy that will grow and provide environmental, economic, social and human health benefits for years to come.

Timing:
Departure from Hotel 8:15 a.m.
Activity from 9 a.m. to noon
Departure back to Hotel at noon

Reservations (Weather permitting): 72 hours advance registration required. Transportation provided. Children under 16 must be escorted by an adult. Available to overnight hotel guests.

Thanksgiving Brunch
Thursday, November 27, 2014 with reservations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The cost is $80 per adult, $35 per child, ages five-12.


Hosted in the elegantly appointed The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta Ballroom, Thanksgiving Brunch will present guests with abundant options at unique culinary stations. Highlights include artisan breads and breakfast offerings; regional cheese selections; internal and domestic charcuterie; farmer’s market vegetables; antipasti; salads; and a butcher block selection featuring Pomegranate-Glazed Roasted Turkey with brioche, sausage and dried fruit stuffing, Roasted Garlic Sea Salt-Crusted Bone-in Prime Rib, Soy-Glazed Pork Belly, Brown Sugar-Glazed Ham and Salmon en Croute. Additional sides include Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Orange-Glazed Sweet Potatoes and Green Bean Casserole. Children are invited to decorate turkey-shaped cookies and enjoy tastes from the Pumpkin Patch dessert display while adults indulge in the expansive offerings at Chef Candace White’s dessert station featuring traditional Thanksgiving sweets in addition to a chocolate fountain, Gingersnap Cranberry Orange Cheesecake, Chocolate Bon Bons, Pistachio Madeline and more. 
Thanksgiving Dinner
Thursday, November 27, 2014 with reservations from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

Chefs Litherland and Treanor will prepare a gourmet holiday menu at the landmark restaurant, Atlanta Grill. Traditional Thanksgiving flavors will be available on the special a la carte menu of family-style offerings including Mom’s Sweet Potato Casserole, a favorite among the Ladies and Gentleman of The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, in addition to the restaurant’s a la carte menu. Wine pairings from Sommelier Brian White will be available to accompany the family-style dinner.

Breakfast with Santa
Saturday, December 6, 2014 with reservations beginning at 9 a.m.

The cost is $55 per adult, $35 per child, ages five-12.

A timeless holiday tradition, children are invited to spend the morning with Santa and Mrs. Claus while enjoying the Morning Treats Breakfast Buffet featuring golden waffles, fluffy pancakes and French toast sticks. Between bites, children will be delighted by Santa’s stories at the storytelling stage, autographed books from Mrs. Claus and professional photography. To wrap things up and sustain the morning energy, a candy station will be offered as guests are encouraged to make their way to the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta parade in midtown to enjoy live music and Christmas costumed characters.

Christmas Eve Dinner
Wednesday, December 24, 2014 with reservations from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

Wine pairings optional.

Enjoy an elegant dining experience at Atlanta Grill with a special three-course chef’s dinner accompanied by expertly selected wine pairings from Sommelier Brian White or choose from the popular á la carte menu. Menu selections include Roasted Pheasant and Chestnut Soup with Ashley Farm’s Poached Pheasant Breast, Black Truffle and Hickory Smoked Bone-in Short Rib with Sweet and Sour Shallots and Horseradish.

Christmas Brunch
Thursday, December 25, 2014 with reservations from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The cost is $80 per adult, $35 per child, ages five-12.

More than 100 brunch selections will be offered during this holiday meal. The menu will focus on rich, Italian flavors in addition to traditional holiday favorites, while a selection of sweets will be offered at the “Willy Wonka Christmas” dessert table. The holiday brunch will include specialty themed stations like the Traditional Brunch station with custom omelets, the Atlanta Grill station with Scallops and Roasted Cauliflower, and the Italian Station with pastas made-to-order.

New Year’s Eve
Wednesday, December 31 beginning at 5 p.m.
