CORE Events

Join us for our new Market Brunch at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar. Highlights include an assortment of fresh seafood and hand-rolled sushi, an interactive chef station featuring seasonal favorites and carvings as well as our “Pastry Shop” experience. The resort’s Orchard Mixologist will be on hand to create unique morning beverages featuring freshly-picked fruit from the restaurant’s 42-tree citrus grove, as well as smoothies and CORE’s signature hand-made Bacon-Infused Bloody Mary. While exploring the Market Brunch buffet, guests will also have the opportunity to interact with local artisans and craftspeople, as they share their passion for such hand-made local creations as pottery, jewelry and artwork.

Prix Fixe Menu
The culinary team of CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar has partnered with local producers and created a three-course dinner menu inspired by the flavors of the season. Celebrate seasonal specialties for $39 per person, with optional wine pairings available. Enjoy this menu Sunday through Wednesday.
