Who can guide me in choosing my treatments? 

Our Spa Reservation Department will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by calling (520) 572-3030 or by requesting a service online. We encourage you to reserve treatments at least one week in advance.

What time shall I arrive?

To enhance your Spa experience, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. 

Should I wax, shave, laser or use the sauna or steam room before a body scrub or peel?

To achieve the utmost satisfaction and comfort from your service, we ask that you wait at least eight hours before and after the Spa service to shave or use the sauna or steam room. In addition, we recommend that you limit your sun exposure before and after a facial or body peel treatment.

What should I not bring to the Spa?

Lockers are available for clothing; however, it is recommended that you leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room or at home. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off while you are in the Spa.

Do you have to be a certain age to enjoy spa treatments?

Spa Facility and Spa Pool use is for guests 18 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age are not eligible for body treatments and massages. 

Are gift certificates available from the Spa?

You may purchase gift certificates for a specific dollar amount. 

Upon Arrival

What do I wear?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Disposable underwear is available upon request. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided in the men's and women's lounges before and after treatments.

What about my comfort?

Your Spa experience is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or any other conditions, please tell your therapist immediately.

Health Questions 

What if I have special health concerns?

When making reservations, please notify the agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant (there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester, but many that can be enjoyed).

Spa Policies

What if I am late for my treatment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

What if I need to cancel my scheduled appointment?

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. 

Are gratuities included?

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each spa service received. The service charge is dispersed to the spa staff members who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

How do I pay?

A credit card number is required at the time reservations are made. All major credit cards and travelers checks are accepted. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill.
