Located just three miles away is our Tiburón Golf Course at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples. This championship course, designed by Greg Norman, is nestled in the lush coastal interior of Southwest Florida, on the northern most tip of the Everglades and only minutes for the Gulf of Mexico. The course is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and is home to the Merrill Lynch Shootout each December.

Tiburón Golf Course
Experience championship 36-hole golf in a serene, natural setting designed by the legendary Greg Norman. Tiburón is the home of the PGA Tour's Merrill Lynch Shootout, held annually in December. The two courses, Gold and Black, are marked by the use of stacked sod wall bunkers, coquina sand and no rough. Players have the choice of five tee boxes per hole to make the experience challenging for all skill levels.
Gold and Black courses alternate each day as guests have access to 18 holes. The Gold Course measures 7,288 yards from the tournament tees while the Black Course measures 7,005 yards. The Rick Smith Golf Academy offers a variety of instructional programs that can be used to maximize your group's enjoyment. Corporate programs vary from large group presentations made either in an off-course environment or on the practice tee, to more intimate instruction for smaller groups, utilizing state-of-the-art video equipment. Corporate programs can be designed for beginners to advanced players and there are also programs specifically designed for women. The staff's willingness to work closely with the meeting planner to customize any program has contributed in making the Rick Smith Golf Academy one of the top golf academies in the country.
