Romance is in the air while you indulge in Chef Michael Rotondo’s lovingly-crafted, Valentine’s Day five-course tasting menus. In the warm and refined ambiance of Parallel 37, experience the Vegetable Menu highlighting February’s freshest bounty, or the Grand Menu showcasing local seafood including line-caught fish and meats. Each table receives chocolate truffles to enjoy at home.

The Vegetable Menu is $115 per person and the Grand Menu is $135 per person. Optional wine pairing is $85 per person and a premium wine pairing is available at $115 per person. All pricing is exclusive of tax and gratuity.
  

Dragon’s Gate Cocktail at Parallel 37

Experience the Dragon’s Gate cocktail at Parallel 37 by mixologist Camber Lay, created in honor of Chinese New Year. Inspired by the beautifully ornate Chinatown Gate in San Francisco, symbolizing wealth and prosperity, the special cocktail is handcrafted with Cognac, apple, vanilla and lime gelato and green tea. $14, exclusive of tax and grauity.


Crispy Chicken Foot Bun at Parallel 37

Tuesday – Saturday, 5 to 10 p.m.
A signature dish by Chef Michael Rotondo at Parallel 37, the Crispy Chicken Foot Bun on the bar menu is meticulously-created and is topped with the season’s finest produce and a house-made hoisin sauce. $12, exclusive of tax and gratuity.


Dim Sum through In Room Dining

Originating from Canton served in teahouses to weary travelers and rural workers, today dim sum is a popular weekend morning family ritual in Hong Kong and many parts of Southern mainland China. Consisting of savory steamed and fried dumplings with various fillings, dim sum is served in steam table trolleys where guests can point to select the dishes they desire. In honor of Chinese New Year, The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco will feature dim sum on the In Room Dining menu to enjoy in the comfort of your guest room.The dim sum presentation includes Jade Dumpling, Shrimp Dumpling, Chicken Siu Mai and more. $21, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Named one of the top ten parades in the world by the International Festivals & Events Association, the Chinese New Year Festival & Parade is only one of a few remaining night illuminated parades in the United States. Hundreds of thousands of people will gather in downtown San Francisco and Chinatown on March 7 to experience the spectacle featuring dancers in elaborate costumes, ferocious lions, exploding firecrackers, the crowning of Miss Chinatown, and the awe-inspiring 268 foot Golden Dragon, carried through the streets of the city by 100 martial arts men and women. A recent Wine Spectactor Restaurant Award winner, Parallel 37 teams up with Master Sommelier Larry Stone and Quintessa to present you a memorable evening of exceptional food and wine.

Inspired by the global cuisine of the San Francisco Bay Area with its diverse cooking techniques and the season’s luxury ingredients, critically-acclaimed Chef Michael Rotondo will craft a special five-course menu to perfectly pair with the complex Bordeaux-style wines of Quintessa. America’s ninth Master Sommelier and one of the nation’s most celebrated sommelier and wine educator, host Larry Stone will present and educate guests on the wines throughout the evening.
