Local purveyor Saint Frank Coffee will bring to life the bold flavor of single-origin coffee with a unique six course tasting menu curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Rotondo, that is artistically creative, disciplined and intriguing. The savory menu items feature coffee components and elements such as the Coffee & Nettle Infused Beignets with Garden Vegetables, Aged Balsamic and Coffee Rubbed Venison with Quinoa, Wilted chicories, and 72% Venezuelan chocolate, while all desserts will include a classic coffee pairing. The event will take place in the private dining areas of Parallel 37.
The evening begins with a canapé reception at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.
