on November 14 featuring a specially-crafted, Five-Course Autumn Tasting Menu by Chef Michael Rotondo created with hyper-seasonal ingredients, paired with Crocker & Starr’s current and library vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as other small production wines from their historic vineyard. After acquiring and revitalizing more than a century-old, 80-acre winery estate in 1997, Crocker & Starr have been creating small production wines using sustainable and organic farming techniques that have consistently garnered high ratings. The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with a wine reception followed by dinner at 7 p.m. $150 per guest, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
