The Coffee Corner
This cozy corner kiosk offers specialty coffees, teas and housemade pastries each morning in The Lobby Lounge.
Hours: Monday - Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.; Sunday 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Afternoon Tea in The Lobby Lounge
A graceful tradition in the elegance of The Lobby Lounge Living Room. Experience a most civilized pastime with live performances and an exquisite selection of luxurious teas to complement delicate tea sandwiches and sweets. A Children’s Tea Menu is also available.
Attire: Resort Casual
Hours: Thursday, Friday and Saturday with seatings from 2 to 4 p.m.
Reservations are recommended, extension 2008. Groups are welcome.

Chocolate Decadence Buffet
An absolutely decadent chocolate and dessert buffet featuring our amazing Chocolate Fountains and other delicious creations. Champagnes and dessert wines offered. Live entertainment. $16 per person.

Tapas Lounge
For sharing and celebrating with friends and family, The Lobby Lounge’s intimate ambiance is the perfect spot for a drink and light meal. Cooking and Wine Classes
The Ritz-Carlton, Sarsaota celebrates the season with demonstration presentations lead by the award-winning team at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. Classes are Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and are $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are required by calling (941) 309-2008.

Saturday March 8, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Learn wine basics with Vernona manager and wine expert Msr. Laurent Vasseur including grape varieties, wine characteristics and tasting techniques. It’s fun, informative and tailored to “students” at any level.

Wine Etiquette for the Business Professional
Saturday, April 12, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Many may find that navigating the wine list can be more intimidating than sealing the deal. Vernona manager and wine expert Msr. Laurent Vasseur will help to make ordering wine in a business environment enjoyable and stress-free and give you pairing tips to confidently match any wine with any meal.
