Using Swedish-style strokes, this is a classic therapeutic way to relax, reduce stress, relieve muscle tension and stimulate circulation. This type of massage can be experienced using a lighter or firmer pressure depending on the preference.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage releases the chronic patterns of tension throughout the body. Using various depths of pressure we can target specific problem areas while stimulating the circulatory system, releasing toxins from muscle tissue and aiding the natural healing process related to injury.

A special massage experience, combining several massage techniques customized for each individual, and the therapeutic benefits of a blend of essential oils to revitalize and open the senses. Aromatherapy enhances both physical and mental well being.

This treatment consists of Swedish massage, compression techniques and stretches. Stimulates the circulatory system, releases toxins from muscle tissue and can aid in the natural healing process related to injury.

This relaxing massage uses light touch to help relieve stress on weight bearing joints and back pain. Relieves muscle tension and improves circulation. Also helps relieve fluid retention in ankles and feet.

Massage Guidelines
* It is recommended that massage appointments be made at least two hours in advance.
* Massage treatments are available for guests 18 years or older.
* We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time and will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker.
* Please keep in mind that arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.
* Services will end as scheduled so other guests are not inconvenienced.
