Designed by internationally renowned New York-based firm Kohn Pederson Fox, in association with Toronto's highly regarded Page + Steele Associates, The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is destined to become one of the city's signature buildings. At 53-storey high, its elegant composition of glass and limestone has a distinctive shape unlike any other buildings in the city - it gently widens as it reaches the sky, titling toward Lake Ontario in a warm, friendly salute.
Location, location, location…The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is situated in the heart and soul of downtown Toronto, where the city's entertainment, cultural, shopping, sports, fashion and business districts all call home. A location that is alive with energy and excitement 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hotel is surrounded by two parks on its North and South sides of the property, allowing all rooms and suites spectacular city or Lake Ontario views and plenty of natural sunlight.

The Ritz-Carlton features 20,000 square feet of conference and banquet facilities including Toronto's largest luxury ballroom (7,400 sq ft) Both the Ballroom and Junior Ballroom (3,000 sq ft) have floor-to-ceiling glass walls pre-function promenades.
The 23,000 sq ft, 16 treatment room sanctuary offers an extensive palette of global wellness and beauty rituals to enliven the senses and instill wellbeing. A professionally equipped fitness center includes cardio fitness equipment, kinesis center, indoor pool and hot tub. Guests can also enjoy the spa boutique and salon.
The 120-seat restaurant on the mezzanine level offers contemporary Canadian cuisine with a strong local identity – outstanding Chef, freshest quality ingredients, authentic, seasonal, sustainable and wherever possible organic. The design includes a glass encased cheese cave, wine display, walk in wine cellar, open pastry kitchen and Chef’s table in the kitchen. Guests can also enjoy the lobby bar and lounge complete with an outdoor patio with a pizza oven and fire pit.
The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto will make every efforts to reduce its carbon footprints and energy usage and our first initiative is our Deep Lake Water Cooling System which provide us with an alternative to the conventional air-conditioning. The system uses the cool energy in cold water to air-condition our building, reducing the energy consumption by up to 90% compared to conventional chillers.
