In California, fresh, locally sourced ingredients are not a luxury; they are a given. The resort’s restaurants are no exception. At the signature Angel Oak, Chef Alexander Bollinger offers a new take on the traditional steakhouse and an impressive wine cellar with 12,000 bottles. Wine is the focus of the Foley Tasting Room, where guests can sample a flight or reserve cooking classes, reserve tastings and other exclusive experiences. The resort’s additional restaurants all take advantage of the oceanfront location with outdoor seating and food that is complemented.

The traditional steakhouse gets a modern twist with certified Kobe beef, locally sourced seasonal side dishes, a 12,000-bottle wine cellar and ocean views.
