For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.

How long before my appointment time should I arrive? 
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time for proper check-in, changing, a few moments of steam, sauna, or Jacuzzi, and to relax in the Silver Haven relaxation lounge.

What should I bring with me to the spa?
There is nothing for you to bring. For your comfort, we provide you with a la prairie spa robe, slippers and a locker with a jewelry box for your personal items. We also have a full array of grooming amenities for after your treatment.

What is the cancellation policy?
All services are reserved specifically for you. To avoid a full fee charge if you must cancel, we require six hours advance notice. A valid credit card is required to hold spa reservations for non-hotel guests.

Are gratuities included? 
We are dedicated to making each visit with us a great experience. A 20% service charge will be added to your service upon check-out.

What services are available for children? 
Certain spa treatments are available for children under 18 with a parent's supervision. Our spa attendants can provide full details. Children are not, however, permitted in the Ladies' and Mens' Sancturaries.

Do you have both male and female massage therapists? 
When you make your appointment at la prairie spa, we will ask if you prefer a male or female therapist.

How do I purchase spa services as a gift? 
La prairie spa gift cards are available and can be applied towards the purchase of products or services in the spa. Gift Cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase. To purchase a gift card, visit the spa in person, or call (345) 815-6900.

Where can I find the la prairie products?
The full line of la prairie skincare, fragrance and makeup products are available for sale both in the spa and in the adjacent la prairie shop.
