Easter Brunch

Sunday, April 1, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Celebrate Easter with a brunch buffet designed around “Fairywood Thicket Farms” which includes Sous Vide Lamb Shoulder, Garlic and Herb Crusted Prime Rib, Whole Roasted Mahi-Mahi with Lemon Oil as well as an extravagant dessert presentation. Guests of all ages will enjoy capturing #RCMemories with the spectacular Easter egg centerpiece in the Georgian Room. Test your pastry skills as guests are invited to decorate the egg. Reservations from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. $130 per person, $55 for children ages 5-12. Valet parking included.

Mother’s Day Brunch

Our culinary team has designed a special brunch for Mom which includes various carving stations, raw bar, caviar on ice
and desserts such as Banana Split Crème Brûlée and Boysenberry Cheesecake. Children can create a flower bouquet just for Mom at the flower cart and select truffles from the Chocolatier. Reservations from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. $130 per person, $55 for children ages 5-12. Valet parking included.
