The Banyan Tree is honored to host February's 'Aipono Wine Dinner. Chef Alvin Savella has creatively paired 4 amazing courses to the noteable, organic wines of Turley Winery. 

$125 per person with $25 from each dinner going to the UH-Maui College's Culinary Arts Program.
