How can I make a reservation?
Please reserve your treatment(s) in advance by contacting extension 13 from your room or by visiting The Fitness Center & Spa at your convenience.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.

Upon arrival at the Spa, please go directly to the Reception Counter. Our Spa Receptionist will re-confirm and briefly explain your scheduled treatment(s).

Should I shave and shower before a treatment?

Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

What should I wear during my treatment?

We ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatment(s). For your comfort, disposable underwear and a bathrobe are provided. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.

What about my jewelry and valuables?

We advise you to remove all jewelry prior to your arrival at the Spa.

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?

Our Spa receptionist will help you plan the perfect Spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to enjoy spa treatments.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum 4-hour advanced notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program or service not attended.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will shorten your treatment. Please remember that your treatment must end on time to prevent further delays, regardless of how late you start.

What about payment for Spa services?

The Spa treatments and services rates are quoted in Singapore dollars and subject to the service charge and prevailing government taxes. All major credit cards are accepted. Spa services may be charged to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is accepted prior to treatments at the time of check-in. Please present discounts, gift vouchers and gift certificates at the time services are rendered.

What about gratuities?

For your convenience, a 10 percent service charge will be added to your service. If you choose, you may opt to leave additional gratuity for your therapist.

May I bring my cellphone?

Our Spa promotes an environment of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and peace. The use of cellular phones and electronic devices is prohibited in the Spa.

May I smoke or drink alcohol in the Spa?
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa. We recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol within eight hours of your treatment.

What if I have special health considerations?
Depending on the type of treatment(s) you have chosen, you may be asked to fill out a Spa Health or Beauty Questionnaire. Please take the time to answer all the questions thoroughly and alert our Spa Receptionist to any medical concerns and/or physical ailments you may have.

Please notify our Spa receptionist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

What if I am pregnant?

Please inform our Spa Receptionist upon scheduling your treatment. We have treatments suitable for expectant mothers in their first trimester. Alternatively, we can assist with selecting available services for you such as facials, manicures and pedicures.
