Jeanine Edmonds-Mott has been named Pastry Chef for The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis, advancing from her most recent position as Pastry Supervisor for the award-winning luxury hotel. Since joining the property six years ago, Edmonds-Mott has managed its busy pastry operations, supervising the kitchen team and collaborating on menu preparation for The Grill, The Restaurant, The Lobby Lounge, The Club Lounge and In-Room Dining.
