Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes. The fine dining setting includes a terrace overlooking Sherbrooke Street, a year-round greenhouse with a view of the open kitchen, an inviting bar and private dining.
Daily 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Thursday to Saturday until 10:30
Brunch Saturday and Sunday 12 to 2:30 p.m.
