On April 21 from 12 a.m. – 3 p.m. guests can indulge in an decadent Easter Brunch buffet at Solanio, featuring an incredible display of Beau Soleil Oysters, mushroom Duxelles Prime rib, seared Mahi Mahi, churros & waffle stations and more.
