Palm Beach, Aruba – September 27, 2018 – The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba is going pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Throughout the month of October, guests and locals alike are invited to support Mary Joan Foundation – dedicated to creating an easily accessible, holistic and integrated, patient and survivor friendly, care system in Aruba – via a host of unique offerings created by the resort’s spa and F&B team.
Divi Sushi Bar & Lounge in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba will offer “Pink Power” and “Pink Promise” cocktails, made especially for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. With every purchase of a pink cocktail, this contemporary, all-day lobby bar and lounge will donate a percentage of the total price to Mary Joan Foundation.
In order to help support this important cause, at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Aruba, homemade pink sugar scrubs will be available for purchase and one-third of each sold scrub will be donated to the Mary Joan Foundation. A “Pretty in Pink Massage” with complimentary pink mud scalp massage will be available during the month of October on the spa menu as well as a Custom Facial treatment, which a percentage will be donated as well to the Mary Joan Foundation. As a thank you to the guests, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Aruba will offer a glass of complimentary Pink Champagne for each reserved treatment.
In conjunction with the company’s social and environmental responsibility program, Community Footprints, The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba is dedicated to support our Ladies and Gentlemen, guests and community neighbors battling breast cancer. To encourage support for the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Ladies and Gentlemen will be volunteering at collecting donations on foot at different localities through the island.
