FOCUS ON PHOTOGRAPHY
Sharing photos has never been more popular than the age of Instagram. We practice the motto: “Take only pictures, leave only footprints”, photographing Cayman’s natural beauty. Our naturalists teach you tips and tricks for getting the best pictures, then show you how to edit them on our iMac computers before sending them home as the best possible souvenir. *Camera included, but you are welcome to bring your own and get better at using it.

REEF DISCOVERY SNORKEL
Learn how coral reefs are formed, the amazing creatures that call them home, current threats affecting them, and restoration practices that are taking place both globally and locally. Observe Cayman’s beautiful coral reefs firsthand when you gear up and head out from the shore to explore them with our naturalists.
*All snorkeling equipment is provided.

SUNSET MANGROVE KAYAK:
As the sun begins to set, observe this amazing yet tranquil ecosystem both above and below the water from your glass bottom kayak. Finish with a unique refreshment as you watch the beautiful finale of another Cayman sunset.

TUESDAY

HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A BLUE IGUANA?
Learn all about the rare endangered Grand Cayman Blue Iguanas, found nowhere else in the world. Travel with us (transportation included) to the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, where you will receive a behind-the-scenes tour of the Blue Iguana Recovery Program’s captive breeding facility, the most successful reptile recovery program in the world.

NIGHT SNORKEL
If you think snorkeling in the daytime is exciting, wait till you see the reef at night! Shine your flashlight on the reef to observe the “changing of the guard” as the day time critters go to sleep and the creatures of the night come out of hiding.
All snorkeling equipment and dive lights provided. Previous snorkeling experience required.

CAYMAN CASTAWAY
Survival 101, our young guests learn what it takes to live with nature. Come face to face with hardships of limited fresh water, food sources and shelter. Learn the basics of island survival, explore the wilderness of Cayman, crack coconuts, and discover what early island life was really like.

WEDNESDAY

UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY SNORKEL
Continue the Cousteau legacy and take photography to the next level when you put on snorkeling gear and take our cameras underwater! Learn what makes a great shot before heading to one of Cayman’s beautiful snorkeling sites. Take some amazing photos and then learn to edit your photos on our iMac computers and take them home as a souvenir you will always treasure.
*Previous snorkeling experience required. All snorkeling and camera equipment included.

GLASS BOTTOM BOAT EXPEDITION:
Explore Grand Cayman’s reefs and marine life in a whole new way! Join Ambassadors of the Environment on a modern hydrofoil boat as we cruise through our famously clear waters. Experience Cayman’s historical shipwrecks, colorful reefs and active marine life—all magnified to twice its normal size through a 6-foot curved glass-viewing dome. On this voyage, a passionate Jean-Michel Cousteau Naturalist will be on board who will inspire and educate you about the abundant ocean creatures accompanying you.

MORNING MANGROVE KAYAK ADVENTURE:
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the mangroves, the forests of the sea. Paddle among the mysterious roots that extend into the water, providing a nursery for reef creatures. Look up into the canopy, home to many marine birds. Our glass bottom double kayaks make sure you don’t miss a moment of the action, above or below the water!

FISH FRENZY SNORKEL
Out on the coral reef, it’s eat or be eaten. Learn all about the Survival-of-the-Fittest, the adaptations that make fish effective predators, and their strategies to avoid becoming lunch! Head out from shore and snorkel with our Naturalists to observe our undersea world.

FRIDAY

SHIPWRECK SNORKEL
Hundreds of ships have sunk on the reefs around the Cayman Islands. Their wrecks are rich in history and form an artificial reef with an amazing diversity of marine life. Learn about Cayman’s artificial reefs and maritime past before heading out to explore a wreck with your own eyes!

SATURDAY
