For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.

When can I reserve a massage?
Massage services are available from 10 a.m. – 2 a.m. daily.

How do I make a reservation?

Please call The Health Club at 6279 8888 ext. 5813 or visit reception on level 7.

Where can I keep my valuables?
We do not advise you to bring your valuables during your treatment and we do not assume any liability for loss of personal items.

Is there a cancellation charge?
Cancellations or changes should be made at least two hours before the treatment, otherwise 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.

What if I have special health considerations?
Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies or any other health issues are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa service. Please make sure that your spa therapist is aware of any such medical conditions. 

Is there required treatment attire?
Unless the service description specifies, it is customary to wear disposable under wear during your treatment. Your privacy is fully protected during the whole treatment including changing and turning.
