Pool Information
Guests aged 16 and above: Fee applies, including access to the spa facilities, such as the steam room, sauna, and vitality pool. Children aged 4 and above may use the pool complimentary daily from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., when accompanied by an adult with paid spa facilities access. Outside of these hours, the pool is reserved for adult guests only.
Personal Belongings/Valuables
We cannot be responsible for any personal items and/or valuables brought into the spa or left in your locker. Please leave your valuables at home or in your room safe.
Use of Electronic Devices
To protect the privacy of our guests and to preserve the guest experience, the use of cell phones, electronic devices, and cameras is prohibited in the spa. Cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off.
Age Requirements
Guests must be 16 years of age or older to access the spa heat experiences, relaxation areas, and treatments. Children under 4 years old are not permitted in the Spa or the pool, in order to maintain a tranquil ambience.
Food and Beverage
Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or alcohol into the spa. Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied access to the spa.
