This premier event features José Andrés, Andrew Zimmern, Kristen Kish, Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, Jorge Vallejo, Ronaldo Hsu, Claude Le Tohic, and Gonzo Jimenez, alongside Afro-Boricua mixologist LP O’Brien of LP Drinks.
