Father’s Day Brought to You By Macallan

June 16–18, 2023: The Conservatory Library will be transformed into the “Hemingway Lounge,” a Macallan pop-up experience complete with tastings of over ten rare expressions. In Navio, guests will be greeted by the Macallan Cart and can opt to add the Macallan Paring to brunch or dinner. In the Club Lounge guests will receive complimentary tastings and flights throughout their stay.

Navio Global Cuisine Series with Niku X

September 21–24: Navio welcomes Michelin-starred guest chef Shin Thompson of Niku X. Located in Los Angeles, Niku X offers a contemporary approach to Japanese Yakiniku. The menu features the highest quality of domestic and imported Wagyu from Japan & Australia. Navio Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simón will collaborate with Thompson to present a seven-course Chef’s Tasting menu and a two-hour brunch experience.

Navio Global Cuisine Series with Cranes DC

November 2–5, 2023: The Global Cuisine Series concludes as Navio welcomes guest chef Pepe Moncayo of Michelin-starred Cranes. At the Washington, D.C. eatery, guests explore the intersections of Japanese and Spanish cuisine. Navio Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simón will collaborate with Moncayo to present a seven-course Chef’s Tasting dinner menu and a two-hour brunch experience.
