The Ritz-Carlton Naples spa is open to local residents & guests for skincare and salon appointments only. The spa facilities & lounges are for hotel guest & spa members only therefore local massage appointments are not available to any local resident or guest.

Can I use the spa without reserving a treatment?
The spa facilities, including locker rooms, aqua lounges, and relaxation areas are available to resort guests 18 years and older with the purchase of a treatment. The Fitness Center may be used by resort guests without a fee.
When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax in our lounge, dry sauna, and whirlpool and eucalyptus steam rooms. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in The Spa.
Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services. For men, shaving is recommended, but not necessary, prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.
What if I have gender preferences?
If you prefer a male or female therapist, please make your gender request when scheduling your appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your Spa appointment, please notify us six hours before your scheduled time to avoid being charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations of packages, personal training sessions, exercise classes or private parties require 24-hour notice. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
What about payment for spa services?
We accept all major credit cards and traveler's checks. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy spa services. Spa minors, age 16-17, may receive facial or waxing services & the parent or guardian must be in the treatment room, and an authorization & release form must completed.
The minor must be fully clothed at all times, & the service must be performed by a therapist of the same gender.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Can I access spa facilities or make an appointment if I’m not a guest of the hotel?

Are gift cards available from The Spa?
The Ritz-Carlton Gift Cards may be purchased in person or online and redeemed at The Spa. Gift cards can be used toward services or toward purchases at the Spa Boutique.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever makes you comfortable. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided.
What about my comfort?
This is your time, and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences. We request that cell phones and pagers be turned off in The Spa and salon.
What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our spa agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our spa reservation agent before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
