ST. LOUIS, MO. – March 27, 2019 —Easter Sunday, April 21, is set to be a festive day at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. Not only will the hotel’s irresistibly lavish Easter Brunch be presented, but a visit by the Easter Bunny and a mini-petting zoo will also be available for children to enjoy.

Annual Easter Brunch will be served in The Restaurant from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with menu highlights to include an expansive buffet of soup, fresh salads and appetizers; chilled and smoked seafood; cheese and charcuterie; sushi, nigiri and sashimi; breakfast favorites; Asian dim sum; carving stations serving slow-roasted prime rib, honey-glazed ham and leg of lamb; warm entrées of herb-roasted swordfish, stuffed chicken breast, black pepper fettucine and spring squash fricassee; spring vegetables and sides; a delicious children’s buffet -- and the ultimate dessert spread. A highlight of dessert is sure to be its special, interactive s’mores and bread pudding action station, while sparkling wine will also be poured for grown-ups in attendance.
