The Grill’s Epicurean Five-Course Menu to Include Annual Champagne Toast
ST. LOUIS, MO -- December 12, 2018 – The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis will celebrate the arrival of 2019 with an epicurean New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Grill, to include a special Champagne toast. On what is sure to be the most festive night of the year, The Grill Chef Darry Dugger will present an extraordinary five-course meal highlighted by cold smoked shrimp, lamb naan, crisp Caesar salad, drawn lobster tail, strip steak au poivre, a Champagne toast and more, with vegetarian selections available upon request.
