A Cordial Goodnight
As the last touch of the day, we serve a classic Gin Tonic with a selection of four crafted Japanese gins - on the side, a candied bite or chocolate to send you off to slumber sweetly.
Start each day with a Mimosa cocktail and delicious breakfast. At the live cooking station, our chefs make the finest egg dishes from special omelet to scrambled eggs, and the signature croissant waffle served with sumptuous whipped cream and the seasonal homemade fruit compote featuring locally sourced ingredients.
Feast your senses and your appetite on traditional favourites. A selection of chef-curated local, organic ingredients are artfully crafted into delicacies with backstories that are equally flavorful. Don’t forget to ask our Ladies & Gentlemen to learn more about the chef’s special Secret Menu.
