Enjoy the luxurious range of heat and cooling experiences to cleanse your body and skin, relax and soothe aching muscles and prepare your body and mind for the treatment experience to follow. These include separate male and female facilities for the following:

Spa gift certificates are available for purchase at the spa reception to celebrate a special occasion or to simply indulge in the exclusive experiences.

Hotel guests have complimentary access to Indoor Pool, Fitness Studio, and Heat Experience Area.

Lockers

Locker usage in the fitness area and spa area with heat experience facilities is available.

Spa Treatments: 10 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. (Last appointment)
Fitness Studio: open 24 hours.

Arrival

It is advisable to arrive 60 minutes prior to your treatment reservation for you to enjoy the exclusive Heat Experience facilities at the Spa. Please be aware that late arrivals may not receive an extension to their treatment.

Children

Children 4–15 years old may enjoy the swimming pool only and must be  accompanied by an adult at all times for safety reasons.

Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, please speak with our specialist spa reception team who will guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we do advise reserving in advance.

In-house guests can press the Spa & Fitness button on their room telephone.

Spa Etiquette
  • Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility.

  • The Spa is a mobile phone, pager and smoke-free zone.

  • Our Heat Experience facilities are separate for male and female clients.

  • The Spa will provide abundant towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit.

  • Minimum age of 16 for access and treatments in the Spa.

  • Those individuals related to crime syndicate are not permitted to use the facility.

Pool Etiquette
  • Children under the age of 16 are restricted to enter the spa and fitness gym facilities.

  • No photo/video shooting, talking on mobile phones.

  • Revealing swimsuits, string pants, and thongs are not permitted in the pool and jet bath.
  • The facilities may request your cooperation with time restrictions depending on the congestion situation.

Health Conditions

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation.

Cancellation

A 100 % cancellation charge will be incurred within 24 hours prior to appointment.

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
