Crystal Ballroom

The elegant Crystal Ballroom with more than 2 tons of sparkling crystals in the walls is the perfect location for brilliance and glamour seekers. With its total size of 300 m² the Crystal Ballroom can host 200 wedding guests in banquet style and can also be split into two rooms. A crystal border can be lightened with modern LED technique in your preferred colors and as such can be adjusted to match your decoration and event type.

Yes, a food and beverage minimum is required for all events in our private function rooms. These minimums are based on the event date, number of guests and the amount of space requested for the event.

 

Can you help me with my wedding cake?

We will be delighted to introduce you to our Pastry Chef, who will consult with you to provide the wedding cake of your dreams and to ensure your new life together gets off to a sweet start.

 

How do I choose the food for my reception?

Whether your reception is an intimate dinner or a lavish gathering, we offer a range of cuisines. From hors d’oeuvres and champagne cocktails to optional stations and gourmet buffets or formal dinners with plated selections and synchronized service, all options are catered. Your wedding professional will assist you with choosing from our extensive menu. A tasting will be scheduled to help you finalize your choices.

What does The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna provide for weddings and receptions?

The Ritz-Carlton provides all food and beverages, tables and chairs, white table linens, silverware and glasses, and staging for your event. The rental of a ceremony location includes chair set-up and staging as well as rehearsal time for the ceremony. This also includes an on-site Wedding Concierge to greet and assist your guests.

 

What other services or items can The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna provide for my event?

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna can provide a wide range of specialty items to help you personalize your event, such as chiavari chairs, specialty linens, specialty plates and floral centerpieces. We can also assist you with welcome baskets, bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts and a variety of other special amenities to help add that personal touch to your wedding. Costs for all items vary.

 

How do I arrange for flowers?

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna has an excellent vendor who provides a range of seasonal arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, corsages and boutonnières.

May I use outside vendors?

You may use outside vendors for your music, photography, and flowers. A fee may apply; contact your wedding professional for more details. We recommend that all floral arrangements and decorations to be provided stay within the Ritz-Carlton tradition of excellence. Decorations or displays brought into the Hotel must be approved prior to arrival.

 

Are there any guidelines or requirements for using outside vendors?

We reserve photography privileges for couples whose weddings or receptions are held at The Ritz-Carlton.

Your personal wedding professional can help select the perfect musical accompaniment. Choices for your ceremony include a harpist, violinist, classical guitarist or steel pan player. Choices for your reception include steel drum bands, classical duos or quartets, jazz or reggae bands, or a DJ. Choices for your reception include three to eight-piece bands or a DJ.

Music, Entertainment & Technical Equipment

There is nothing better to start your new life as a couple than dancing together into an unknown exiting future. Memories will awake while dancing to the music with friends and family. Finding the right taste of music for everyone is not that easy, especially if different generations meet on such an event.

Please calculate for the technical equipment a minimum of € 500.00 and additional charges for an external DJ or band. We are pleased to solicit a quotation for the entertainment program.

 

Limousine

It will be our pleasure to arrange limousine service from the registry office or church to the hotel. Please calculate from € 120.00 per car and hour.
