The Grand Ballroom

Located on the Conference Level, The Grand Ballroom is the largest meeting space at 7,200 square feet. This stately pillarless space is divisible into three separate Salons, and can welcome up to 800 guests. The venue is paired with an elegant Prefunction Terrace Toyer, featuring built-in registration desks and floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space in natural light.

Appointed with decorative columns and unique crystal chandeliers, The Plaza Ballroom makes even the grandest of events seem welcoming and intimate. As the hotel's most versatile room, The Plaza Ballroom is divisible into four distinct rooms of various sizes. This inviting space is located on the Conference Level and can accommodate up to 140 guests.

The Ambassador Room

Welcoming guests with blue and silver hues, the Ambassador Room features a marble fireplace creating an intimate and warm ambiance, a fixed marble bar, vaulted ceilings with modern chandeliers, and a private entry foyer. Located on the Lobby Level of the hotel, the room can accommodate approximately 100 guests comfortably.

Uniquely decorated with beautiful wooden craftsmanship and gorgeous shades of blue, the Diplomat Roomis appointed with modern sconces and stately chandeliers. The 1,900 square foot event space can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests and is conveniently located on the Lobby Level.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
