ELWAY'S offers the most delicious, beautifully served brunch in Denver; classic menu items with the legendary touch from our renowned chefs. Whether diners are guests of the hotel or are locals wanting a taste of our famed Truffled Eggs Benedict, ELWAY'S is sure to please the entire family. Signature items include Cold Smoked River Salmon, Cinnamon Brioche French Toast and the Smash Burger. Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. and features a live Bloody Mary Station. Reservations are recommended.

Heading to the game or the theater after work and don’t think you have enough time for a sumptuous sit-down dinner? No need to worry now with ELWAY’S Downtown’s new “45 in 45” menu, also known as the “Kickoff Blitz”.
For a flat $45 per person, guests can choose from a menu divided up by “First Down”, “Drive”, “The Red Zone” and concluding with our “Touchdown” dessert choices. ELWAY’S Chef de Cuisine, Ben Davison, has created a tantalizing menu of choices, including soup or salad, entrée, and a side dish. All are included in the price of the meal, along with a glass of wine. Even better, you’re in and out in just 45 minutes!
