What if I am pregnant or have health concerns?
Please notify the spa reservations agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or are pregnant. While a few services should be avoided during pregnancy, some treatments can be enjoyed. When making your appointment, please notify the spa reservations agent if you are pregnant so he or she can offer guidance. If you prefer a male or female therapist, please make your request when scheduling your appointment.
What if I arrive late for my treatment?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow for adequate time for check-in, plus time to relax in the lounges, steam rooms, and whirlpools. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your service will be charged.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your service to allow for adequate time for check-in. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of service, the full price of the treatment will become non-refundable.
What do I wear? Do I need to shave?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided in the ladies' and gentlemen's lounges before treatments.
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men before a facial. If you choose to shave before your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours before your appointment. Shaving is not recommended before body treatments or hair removal services.
How do I leave a tip? What payment methods does the spa accept?
For your convenience, a 24% service charge will be added for each spa service you receive. Gratuities will be dispersed to the spa staff that served you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be provided at your discretion.
We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge spa services to your room bill.
Does the spa provide lockers?
If you are a guest of the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe of your guest room. Otherwise, lockers are available for your items.
