Every Saturday Afternoon in February

The Ritz-Carlton hotel’s ENO-Versity is an interactive wine education and tasting experience especially designed for the passionate wine lover. Limited to eight guests per session and priced at $150 plus tax per adult, participation features six-to-ten wines, appetizers, and interactive wine instruction providing photos, maps and more. Learning about wine can be an exceptionally rewarding experience, and ENO-Versity’s mission is to help wine lovers understand each wine's history, type of grape and region of origin to enhance the tasting experience in a fun, comprehensive and unpretentious manner.

The Ritz-Carlton will offer a sweet array of Valentine’s dining activities to take place throughout the February 13-14 weekend. From Saturday evening Romance Dinner and Sunday Sweetheart Brunch in Navio to a special Jazz Romance Dinner Sunday evening in our Miramar Salons, The Ritz-Carlton will feature the following this Valentine’s weekend:

Romance Dinner in Navio
6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
$85 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity

A special four-course Tasting Menu will be offered in addition to the NAVIO à la carte menu.

Valentine’s Dessert in the Conservatory Lounge
11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
$24 per couple exclusive of tax and gratuity

Long-stemmed strawberries with Valhrona Chocolate Fondue will be presented, along with an optional choice of libations including a special Valentini Cocktail.
