Ozone
New Tapas Menu
The world’s highest bar, Ozone, debuts a new tapas menu, adding special edition Ozone caviar and Spanish amaze to the current exotic selection of Asian tapas and Japanese specialties. The tempting menu includes Montaditos selection, artichokes with quail egg and white sturgeon caviar, porcini “tetilla” cheese and truffle sandwich, and watermelon “sangria” and strawberry “campari”.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is proud to announce its collaboration with Graff Diamonds, “The Most Fabulous High Tea in the World”, presenting a one-of-a-kind treasure trunk filled with exquisite, world-class jewelry masterpieces and an array of delectable gourmet creations.
