How far in advance should I reserve the date?

What is the average cost per person for my wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong?

What are the deposits based on and when are they due?
Booking lead time over six months, deposits are 35% of total estimated expenses after contract signed. Six months prior to your event, another 35% of the estimated charges are due. The estimated final balance is due on your event.
When do I need to tell The Ritz-Carlton exactly how many guests will be attending my wedding?
The catering and events department must be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function at least 7 working days prior to the event. This will be considered a guarantee, for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend the function.
Do the bride and groom get a complimentary room for the wedding night?
The hotel provides a complimentary guestroom for the bride and groom on the night of their wedding with the wedding room setup and in-room bath relaxation for selected package.
