Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park has a rich history dating back to the Tequesta Indians, who thrived on its abundant vegetation and wildlife. Ravaged by Hurricane Andrew in 1992, the island was stripped of nearly all plant life. Now efforts are underway to restore the ecosystem historically associated with the island.  Spend an exhilarating day with park rangers as you participate in plant restoration projects. The activities conclude with a memorable tour of the Key Biscayne lighthouse with its views of the beach and the Keeper's Quarters.

The Coconut Grove Arts Festival is one of the nation's premier outdoor fine arts festivals.
