Mizuki is a Japanese restaurant, featuring four kinds of cuisine – featuring Kaiseki – Japanese traditional haute cuisine, Sushi, Tempura and Teppanyaki.
This is a place where our guests can enjoy artistic Japanese food, where each dish is born from the creative ideas of each chef. Mizuki is a world that stimulates all five senses, situated in a special space overlooking a rock garden and waterfall.
Mizuki, Japanese restaurant embodies the philosophy of “Go-mi, Go-shoku, Go-ho: five flavors, five colors, five cooking methods. The exquisite Kaiseki dishes are served on tableware made by young contemporary artists. Meals are presented in the innovative and artistic arrangements and attractive manner that are the hallmark of Kaiseki Mizuki.
Elegant sushi courses are served on an 11-meter counter table whose entire surface is covered in Wajima lacquer, a traditional Japanese craft of Ishikawa. Our Edo-style sushi maestro’s delicate work and beautiful gestures will captivate and inspire you.
Guests are seated at a massive granite counter where the chef prepares the food in front of the guests. We serve traditional Japanese tempura, freshly fried, as a course.
The private chef entertains his guests in the private dining room. Teppanyaki cuisine cooked beautifully in an open kitchen - lobster and the finest beef steak. The room is available for reservations for private gatherings.
There are four rooms in Kaiseki Mizuki. Every room has a different interior featuring unique modern design and artists’ works. All are perfect for business and private gatherings such as entertaining clients and anniversaries.
