The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom

The beautiful 12,000 square foot Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom is replete with distinctive iron chandeliers and wall scones, coffered ceilings, gracious and richly colored carpets (especially designed and woven for the Grand Ballroom in Ireland) and beautifully designed Italian fabric walls.

Upgraded brocade linens and banquet chairs featuring a rich gold fabric make your special event comfortable and welcoming for your guests.

The Sunset Terrace at The Members Beach Club

The rooftop Sunset Terrace provides a stunning setting for catered parties and events, accommodating up to 300 people. This 4,100 square feet open-air patio commands panoramic views of the beach, the Gulf of Mexico, sunsets and starlit nights, all providing a memorable backdrop for your most special occasions.

The Healing Garden

Situated overlooking the sparkling waters of Sarasota Bay, the Healing Garden is an intimate outdoors area of 2,300 square feet, with an oval walkway situated around beautiful, green grass. The Healing Garden is situated next door to the Pool to the West of the hotel property. A perfect setting for an intimate outdoor affair.

The Hotel Lawn

A beautiful Bayview setting nestled behind the hotel on the marina. The Lawn can accommodate up to 200 people for a reception, banquet or ceremony.

The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom Pre-function

More than 4,000 square feet of elegantly-appointed foyer, perfectly designed for your cocktail reception or pre-event gathering. Warm and refined with damask upholstered walls, raised panel millwork, rich jewel tones and iron and crystal light fixtures. Featuring a baby grand piano, large paneled windows welcoming natural light and an adjacent outdoor terrace. Can accommodate large parties of 500 or more.

Classic elegance on an intimate scale. Ideal for small to medium size groups of 80 to 100, the Junior Ballroom can be divided into two sections of similar size, providing additional flexibility.

The Lawn at The Members Beach Club
