How far in advance should I book in order to secure my preferred wedding date?
Most wedding dates are secured 7 months to a year and a half out depending on the time of year.

We have assembled a selection of highly regarded and trusted wedding professionals to support and enhance your wedding day and can help with transportation and car rental, photographer, videographer, music and entertainment, minister/ wedding official, and professional beauty care: hair styling, manicures, pedicures. The resort can customize any special occasion to meet personal style, taste and imagination.
May we take advantage of the various photo opportunities on the resort grounds?
Brides and grooms having their wedding reception at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota will have the privilege of being photographed by the photographer of their choice for a two-hour period at, on or about the hotel property.
