You will be transported to the YI Fu Vocational and Polytechnic School located in Jin An, a short 15 minute drive for the hotel. During this remarkable day you will participate in an English lecture with the students in their classroom then learn how to make Chinese dim sum in the school’s culinary arts department. Later, you will join the students for lunch in their school cafeteria. Following lunch you will participate in a Chinese calligraphy class - and be able to take your work home as a memento. A group photograph will ensure this memory stays with you. All proceeds from the event are donated to the school’s scholarship fund to enable selected students to enroll in University upon their graduation.
