What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa receptionist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
What if I am pregnant?
If you are pregnant, you may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and hydrotherapy treatments involving heat. Please inform our Spa Receptionist of your condition upon scheduling your treatment, enabling us to assist you in selecting the treatment(s) most appropriate.
GENERAL SPA INFORMATION
Please reserve your treatment(s) in advance by dialing extension 13
from your room or by visiting the Spa at your convenience.
We advise you to remove all jewellery (stud earrings may be worn) prior to your arrival at the Spa.
Upon arrival at the Spa, please go directly to the Reception Counter. Our Spa Receptionist/Coordinator will re-confirm and briefly explain your scheduled treatments.
Most treatments and packages include a brief period where you will be left alone while on mask or to enjoy your shower or bath.
Rates
The Spa treatments and services rates are quoted in Singapore dollars and subject to the service charge and prevailing government taxes.

SPA ETIQUETTE & POLICY
Arriving Early
Arriving late will shorten your treatment. Please remember that your treatment must end on time to prevent further delays, regardless of how late you start.
Minors
Spa guests must be at least 21 years of age.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa. We recommend that you refrain from consuming alcohol within eight hours of your treatment.
Respect for Other Guests
Our Spa promotes an environment of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests' rights to privacy and peace. The use of cellular phones and electronic devices is prohibited in the Spa.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum of four hours’ notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program, or service not attended.
