Himi no Kanburi (winter buri from Himi port in Toyama gulf)

Buri, a yellowtail, is known throughout Japan as the king of Toyama gulf which is famous for its abundance of quality fish. Among all Buri, “Himi no Kanburi” is an established brand fish that has been famed as one of the best delicacies of Japan for the last 400 years of the nation’s history. The cold water of the Japan Sea in winter gives the fish lean body with thick fat, which are ideal for grilled or sashimi dish.
