Chilean-born Roberto Riveros joined the Ozone team as Chef de Cuisine, at the world’s highest bar. Bringing with him 15 years of experience in the kitchens of top-tier restaurants in Santiago and Barcelona, including the Michelin three-star Lasarte Restaurant. Being Roberto's first culinary step in to the Asian continent he is excited to bring his own unique flair to Hong Kong and embrace new flavuors ans produce that the continent offers.
OSCAR MENA, BAR MANAGER
The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is excited to welcome Oscar Mena to join the Ozone team as Bar Manager. Bringing over 14 years of bar operations experience in the hospitality industry, Oscar has gaines strong product knowledge of spirits and liqueurs and has an extensive back catalogue of unique and innovative cocktails which we look forward to sharing and developing at Ozone.
