The Heritage Series – Berry-Fed Aylesbury Duck

Enjoy the festive celebration with the decadent Heritage Duck menu. The star of the menu is the Aylesbury Duck – a rare English breed raised on the rolling green hills overlooking Port Campbell near the famous Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia.
