Originating in Kyoto, kaiseki is considered to be the ultimate expression of Japanese cuisine. At Mizuki, kaiseki is based on the Japanese tradition of Go-mi, Go-shiki, Go-ho (five flavors, five colors, five cooking methods). Exquisitely prepared small dishes are presented on tableware designed by contemporary artists.
