Usher in 2018 with an extravagant New Year’s Eve spread at Colony. Culinary highlights include onsen egg with sea urchin, abalone with yuzu jelly, flambé foie gras with truffle snow, wagyu tomahawk wellington, salt-crusted turbot, and king crab bee hoonwith truffle.

As the clock strikes midnight, catch the mesmerising fireworks over Marina Bay from the hotel lobby, before adjourning to the hotel’s Chihuly Lounge for a dance party complete with a five-piece ‘live’ band until 2 a.m.

The Journey

Take a step back in time and journey through Singapore’s culinary heritage, while you enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea at Colony.

Relish savoury highlights inspired by Singapore’s heritage cuisines including Chinese, Western, and local dishes, which are served in a five-tier ceramic tiffin, also known as ‘tingkat’ in the Malay language. These include the smoked salmon with roe sandwich, yam puff with baby abalone, mini lobster quiche, pumpkin cake with chilli crab sauce and beef parmentier, which pair perfectly with Champagne.

The afternoon tea journey continues as you delight in Colony’s custom tea blend with a choice of tea syrup enhancement such as lavender or French rose, complemented by unlimited servings of desserts at The Patisserie.
