Inspired by the world’s most glamourous beach destinations such as Bali in Indonesia, Jeju Island in Korea, Kailua in Hawaii, Copacabana in Brazil and the Amalfi Coast in Italy; expect a Sunday Brunch extravaganza like no other. Highlights include whole fin tuna sashimi, a caviar station, baked stone crab, slow-cooked Kailua pulled pork, spit roasted whole lamb, nitrogen “starfish” meringue and a selection of 110 international cheeses.
Be entertained by our DJ, sand artist, dancers, hair-braiding stylist and more. Families and little ones can try their hand at getting temporary decorative tattoos before posing for a memento at our photo booth.
