LO HEI REUNION DINNER AT COLONY

February 15 | 6.30 P.M.

Pair your reunion dinner with the convivial atmosphere at Colony and gastronomic cuisine. Revel in the festivities as you savour a wealth of dishes from seven ‘live’ kitchens. Culinary highlights include the duo treasures of sea whelk and salmon with ikura yusheng, lobster noodle soup and ‘nian gao’ crêpe.

Guests dining at Colony from 15 through 18 February will receive a set of limited edition Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges, per reservation.

Guests may opt for the Lo Hei lunch or dinner celebrations at Colony. Savour culinary delights such as the creamy jumbo crab with herbed crust, sea whelk noodles in superior chicken broth, cognac-infused lobster bisque and braised pork leg with yam.

Lunch: SGD 78 per adult
Dinner: SGD 108 per adult

An optional beverage package add-on is available at SGD 52 per person for lunch and dinner from February 15 to 22, 2018, and includes unlimited pours of sparkling wines, house pour red/white wines, draft beer and soft drinks.

For an unconventional Lunar New Year celebration, indulge in a Lo Hei Vintage Champagne Brunch where freshly shucked oysters, baked salmon with hoisin and lime glaze, beef wellington with truffle sauce, and stone grilled kurobuta pork await.

Take a step back in time and journey through Singapore’s culinary heritage, while you enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea at Colony.

Relish savoury highlights inspired by Singapore’s heritage cuisines including Chinese, Western, and local dishes, which are served in a five-tier ceramic tiffin, also known as ‘tingkat’ in the Malay language. These include the smoked salmon with roe sandwich, yam puff with baby abalone, mini lobster quiche, pumpkin cake with chilli crab sauce and beef parmentier, which pair perfectly with Champagne.

The afternoon tea journey continues as you delight in Colony’s custom tea blend with a choice of tea syrup enhancement such as lavender or French rose, complemented by unlimited servings of desserts at The Patisserie.
