Treat the special woman in your life to a Mother’s Day Seafood Dinner at Colony. Menu highlights include baked ocean perch, grilled garlic herb butter lobster, roasted tomahawk and “Singapore chilli crab". After dinner, head to our photo booth where you can take a family photo to commemorate the occasion. All mothers will also receive a carnation.

Show Mom how much you care for her by treating her to a gastronomic lunch at Colony. Menu highlights include snow crab, lamb cacciatore, stone grilled beef short ribs, crispy pork belly, and our Colony Singapore laksa.  After lunch, proceed to our photo booth where you can take a family photo to commemorate the occasion. All mothers will also receive a carnation.

Show your appreciation for Mom by taking her on a culinary journey. Savour gastronomic delights including “Spanish” suckling pig, golden prawn with ginger tomato sauce, spring chicken wrapped in lotus leaf with abalone, dang gui and red date, and a hearty “ten tonic” chicken noodle soup.
