At our One Michelin Star restaurant, savour exquisite and contemporary Cantonese cuisine handcrafted by Chinese Executive Chef, Cheung Siu Kong. Set menus and a la carte dishes are available during lunch and dinner, perfect for business meetings, family gatherings or special occasions. Menu highlights include the poached rice with lobster, and braised four-head South African abalone.

A refined selection of dim sum delights is also available during lunch. Must tries include the abalone, conpoy and mushroom dumpling in clear broth, and pan-fried shredded yam and pumpkin.
