Crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong, Summer Pavilion presents a new tasting menu that stays true to Chef Cheung’s philosophy of showcasing the natural flavours of ingredients.

Menu highlights include the smoked pan-fried Japanese Wagyu beef with black truffle and duo of Alaskan crab which features steamed crab with egg white, and poached rice with crab meat and roe in a savoury lobster broth.

Throw a themed birthday party and enjoy a nine-course set menu designed by our Chinese Executive Chef Cheung.

In keeping with Chinese tradition, longevity buns or Shou-Tao (寿桃), auspicious peach-shaped lotus seed buns that symbolise good health and long life, will be served to the birthday celebrant.

Toast to the occasion with a complimentary bottle of Champagne and a one-kilogram birthday cake. A personalised candy buffet can be arranged at an additional cost.
