Retaining its one Michelin star for a second consecutive year, Summer Pavilon offers an authentic Cantonese dining experience with set menus handcrafted by Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong, perfect for year-end celebrations with family and friends. Recommended dishes on the festive set menus include the pan-fried Canadian lobster with black truffle sauce, and steamed vermicelli with king scallop in lobster stock.
