This year, we also introduce the White Lotus Seed Paste with Five Grains mooncake, a healthier and nuttier option with the addition of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, oats and sesame seeds.

In celebration of earning a Michelin Star for the second year running, Summer Pavilion presents a tasting menu featuring new culinary highlights by Chef Cheung Siu Kong.

Elevate your taste buds with our smoked Australian abalone with sautéed mushrooms in golden syrup, double-boiled chicken soup with sea whelk, and the pan-fried Canadian lobster with asparagus and black truffle sauce.
