TASTING MENU

From 1 August 2018

Experience a specially crafted Cantonese tasting menu by Chinese Executive Chef Cheung. Featuring new culinary dishes at Summer Pavilion, tantalise your taste buds with highlights such as the Smoked Duck with Crispy Beancurd Skin and Sautéed Wagyu Beef with Bitter Gourd in Black Bean Sauce.

For an enhanced dining experience, diners can pair their meals with a bespoke wine list carefully selected by our sommelier.

Throw a themed birthday party and enjoy a nine-course set menu designed by our Chinese Executive Chef Cheung.

In keeping with Chinese tradition, longevity buns or Shou-Tao (寿桃), auspicious peach-shaped lotus seed buns that symbolise good health and long life, will be served to the birthday celebrant.

Toast to the occasion with a complimentary bottle of Champagne and a one-kilogram birthday cake. A personalised candy buffet can be arranged at an additional cost.
